We are a little over 12 hours away from the closing of polls in Denver, and its time to vote! There are a lot of issues related to transit, mental health, and other important municipal issues that need to be voted on. Denverite, a digital publication that mostly covers Denver related issues, has both a state and local guide that I found informational. In general, I am in favor of anything that improves urban infrastructure and multi-modal forms of transportation, but have chosen not to make my endorsements statewide public (Local endorsements are here) outside of encouraging everyone to vote for candidates dedicated to urban and alternative infrastructure issues statewide.
Be sure to turn in your ballot by 7 PM on Tuesday.

Last night around 8:15, I returned with a severely oversized suitcase filled with souvenirs from Atlanta and Athens to Denver! I am safely at home right now, and in full recovery mode until I go back to my “day job” on the 31st (yes, Halloween day).
I got a TON of pictures on my trip, including of new bike infrastructure that has emerged in Athens, things related to MARTA I thought were cool, my breakfast at Waffle House, and everything in between. Will start writing regularly again/responding to emails tomorrow once my sleep schedule is relatively normal/I finish my end of the month errands,

Just a heads up to everyone. I will be taking a vacation to Georgia from the 25th (Today) to the 30th of October. Given that I will not consistently have access to a computer during this time, I may be answering my email/responding to questions at a slower rate than usual, so please be patient if you need to get ahold of me.
On a related note, for this Throwback Thursday, here is a picture of me shortly after I graduated from University of Georgia! Have a good weekend!
